Project Description
Helwan Non-Ferrous Industries Company, part of the National Organization for Military Production, specializes in copper and aluminum alloys and related products such as sheets, wires, and conductors. The company operates advanced foundries and presses and provides high-quality technical and consultancy services to its clients.
Project Scope
Upgrade of the Press Control System from SIEMENS S5 to SIEMENS S7 PLCs, including HMIs, control desks, drives, communication networks, and field instrumentation.
Work includes engineering, panel modification, cabling, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and training engineering, panel modifications, cabling, system integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and operator/maintenance training.
