Project Description
Gastec operates a wide network of Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) stations.
The project aims to connect all Gastec stations to the company’s headquarters through a secure GSM VPN network to enable centralized monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
Scope of Work
All NGV stations are linked to a central database where operational and sales data are stored for graphical visualization, historical retrieval, and management analysis.
A SCADA application provides real-time access to each station’s equipment and performance, allowing management to monitor live data and generate performance dashboards and reports.

Network Design

Establish secure GSM VPN connections between stations and HQ.
SCADA Development

Design and configure the SCADA system for real-time visualization and control.
Database Integration

Centralize operational and sales data for reporting and analytics.
Testing & Training

Conduct FAT/SAT tests, commissioning, and training for Gastec operators and engineers.
Finalize the Project
The final phase included full integration of the SCADA application, configuration of GSM VPN connections, and linking all NGV stations to the central database.
After successful testing and commissioning, the system provided Gastec with reliable communication, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive data analysis tools.
